If you are under 13 years old, you may look at our Platform but may not provide personal information or make a purchase. You may only make a purchase if you are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

    Please note that while text messaging opt out requests are processed immediately upon our receipt, we are not responsible for any carrier delays. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Additionally, please allow up to 10 business days to process marketing email opt out requests.

    Notwithstanding the above, we may need to retain limited information about you in order to fulfill any order requests made by you, for business, tax, retention and litigation purposes or to fulfill other legal or regulatory obligations. As such, we may still continue to send you non-marketing communications by email, such as transactional or operational communications, even if you have opted out/unsubscribed from our marketing communications.

  8. ACCOUNT DELETION

    You have the right to perform deletion of your account at any time. You may delete your account by accessing the "Profile & Address" page under your name. Then, you may find the "Delete" button at the bottom of "Profile & Address" page.

    Please note that deleting your account may impact your ability to access past bookings, travel itineraries, or other services related to your travel packages. We may retain certain personal information for business purposes, such as fulfilling outstanding travel arrangements, processing refunds, maintaining transaction records, or complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

    After your account is deleted, any remaining data will either be anonymized or securely deleted as per legal obligations. However, non-personal data may continue to be used in an aggregated or anonymized manner for business analytics.

  9. THIRD PARTY LINKS

    Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to our Platform, and does not cover practices employed by any third-party websites, including ones to which we link, that link to us, or that we otherwise communicate on. The information you submit to any other website is governed by the privacy policies of those websites and we recommend that you review those policies carefully. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of those other websites or social media platforms or the information they may collect (which may include IP address). Links to any other website’s or content do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by us of the linked website, social media platform, and/or content.

  10. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

    We and our third party service providers may collect personal information about your browsing patterns or other online activities over time and across different sites when you use our Platform. While some web browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked, we do not respond to web browser-based “do not track” signals as no uniform standard to respond to such signals has been developed at this time.
